Norfolk Virginian March 15, 1894 

MRS. H.C. COVEY DEAD - Mrs. H.C. Covey, who has been confined to her home for a 
long time from severe illness, died Tuesday afternoon at 6 o'clock. Mrs. Covey 
was well known in Berkley and had many friends here. She leaves a husband and 
several children.

MRS. COVEY BURIED - The funeral of Mrs. H.C. Covey was held from her late 
residence on Main Street yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Services were 
conducted at St. Thomas' P.E. Church. The pallbearers were Messrs. J.H. Jacock, 
R.A. Roach, G.R. West, Wm. Clough, B.J. Jones, Henry Kellan, Durham, and Judge 
G.D. Parker.
