Norfolk Ledger Dispatch March 22, 1934

COWAN - In her home, 504 Clifton Street, Wednesday afternoon, March 21, 1934, at 
5:25 o'clock, MRS. LILLIE LEE COWAN, widow of Fletcher Saunders Cowan, a native 
and life resident of Norfolk, a daughter of the late John R. and Mrs. Anna 
Elizabeth Kirby Hathaway, age 69 years.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence, FRIDAY AFTERNOON, March 23, 
1934, at 2 o'clock. Friends are invited. Burial will be in the family plot in 
Magnolia Cemetery.
