COWPER, ROBERT WALLACE - At a Norfolk hospital, Saturday, March 28, 1964, at 6:00 
a.m., ROBERT WALLACE COWPER, widower of Mrs. Adele Eley Cowper and a son of the 
late George Vernon and Mrs. Rebecca Jane Riddick Cowper, in the 88th year of his 
age. The body will be taken from The Cox Funeral Home to The Elmwood Cemetery 
where graveside funeral services will be conducted TUESDAY MORNING, March 31, 
1964, at 10:30 o’clock. Friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, friends 
may contribute to the cancer fund.
