Craddock Sr., of the 8300 block of Halpin Drive, died May 5, 2000, in his residence. Mr. Craddock was a native of Plymouth, N.C. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Norfolk. He was a retired iron worker with more than 35 years of service and belonged to the Iron Workers Local 79. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Eunice S. Craddock, two daughters, Joyce C. Boyd and Bunny Penny, and a son, Leslie S. Craddock Jr., all of Norfolk; two sisters, Lilly C. Ange of Plymouth, N.C., and Hazel C. Frame of Virginia Beach; a brother, Pearly Craddock of Plymouth, N.C.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. There will be a wake service followed by visitation Tuesday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel. The family will greet friends Wednesday at 8140 Walters Drive, Norfolk, at noon.
