The Virginian Pilot Tuesday, July 4, 1893 
Funeral of Mr. Edwin Craig took place from the residence, No. 62 Newton 
Street, at 3 p.m. Sunday, and was conducted by Rev. T. G. Jones. The interment 
was in Elmwood Cemetery. The pall-bearers were:
Confederate Veterans-R. C. White and Thomas Kevill.
Citizens-C. G. Lewis, Samuel Bateman, D. N. Boole and R. T. Smith.
