He was a member of Rising Sun No. 2 and an official at the Broadway-Manhattan Taxi Co. He had been employed by the N. and W. Railway Co. as a brakeman until his illness. He was born in Blackstone, VA. Final rites were conducted December 22, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. H. T. Myers, officiating. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bessie G. Crallie; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Mason; two brothers, Soloman and Roger Crallie, all of Baltimore, MD. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Graves Funeral Home in charge.
