The Norfolk Virginian Pilot February 22, 1947 

Aleck Creech, 61, husband of Mrs. Virginia Addington Creech and son of the late 
John Dilworth and Mrs. Mary Adams
Creech, died at a local hospital yesterday at 8:40 p.m.  He was a native of 
Raleigh, N.C., and a resident of this section for 27 years, residing at London 
Bridge in Princess Anne County at the time of his death.
Besides his wife, he is survived by several nieces and nephews.  The body was 
taken to the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments.
