Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark November 15, 1931

Miss Elizabeth Wilkinson Creecy, aged 74, daughter of the late David Rice and 
Paulina Wilkinson Creecy, died at a local hospital yesterday afternoon at 5:45 
o'clock. She was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. Surviving her are one 
sister, Miss Sally S. Creecy, of Norfolk and three brothers, A.W. Creecy and H.W. 
Creecy, of Norfolk and D.R. Creecy, of Richmond. Funeral services will be held at 
the residence of her brother, A.W. Creecy, 425 Warren Crescent, tomorrow afternoon 
at 3 o'clock, with the Rev. D.W. Howard, D.D., rector of St. Luke's Church, 
officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
