VIRGINIA BEACH — Georgia M. Creekmore, 99, a retired Portsmouth schoolteacher, 
died Nov. 13,1988, in a hospital.
A native of Norfolk County, Miss Creekmore was a graduate of Longwood College. 
She taught at Sixth Avenue Elementary School for 45 years before her retirement. 
She was a member of the National Education Association and the Virginia 
Education Association.
She was a member of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church in Norfolk.
Survivors include nieces and cousins.
Private services were conducted by the Rev. Ted Bashford. H.D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, Laskin Road, is handling arrangements.
