The Virginian Pilot Friday January 31, 1958
Norfolk-Lauretta Forward Creekmur, 75, daughter of the late John W. and Mrs. 
Martha Dyer Forward, a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, died at a 
Norfolk hospital yesterday at 1:28 a.m.
She was a member of the Epworth Methodist Church and resided with her son, 
George E. Creekmur Jr., London Bridge. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. 
Elizabeth C. Denty, of Arlington; two sons, George E. Creekmur Jr., of 
London Bridge, and William D. Creekmur, of Farmville, N.C.; six 
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Ewell and Williamson Funeral Home 
tomorrow at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Edgar A. Potts, D.D., pastor of the Epsworth 
Methodist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Grove.
