Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch January 7, 1919
CRIDER – At the residence of her daughter, Mrs. E. S. Ashlin, 319 Olney Road, 
Tuesday a.m., January 7, 1919, at 12:41 o’clock, EMMA H., widow of Rev. J. W. 
Crider, aged 83 years.
Funeral services at the residence WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, January 8, 1919, at 2:30 
o’clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood cemetery.

Additional Comments:
While her tombstone has her date of death as January 6, it was in the early 
morning of the 7th.
