A former resident of Norfolk, she went to Washington a year ago because of ill health. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mary B. Freeman of Washington, and Mrs. Clara Beasley, of Suffolk, and a brother, Bradley Biggs of West Palm Beach, FL. She was a member of the Bank Street Baptist Church, where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. J. B. Henderson, pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
