Virginian-Pilot  September 7, 1978
NORFOLK-Anthony Paul Croonenberghs, 80, of 500 Botetourt St., a native of 
Lynnhaven, Princess Anne County, died Tuesday in a hospital.
He was a lifelong area resident and worked at Norshipco (Norfolk Shipbuilding & 
Drydock Corp.) 30 years and retired.
Survivors include a son, Anthony P. Croonenberghs, of Twenty-nine Palms, Calif., a 
brother, Pierre A. Croonenberghs of Virginia Beach, and three grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Cemetery by the Rev. 
Charles B. Bevan Jr. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments has charge.
