Norfolk Virginian Pilot February 10, 1938
Mrs. Lula Wilkins Crosby, aged 75, wife of Henry V. Crosby and daughter of 
John F. and Mrs. Eliza Simmons Wilkins, died at her residence, 547 Ferguson 
avenue, last night at 9:25 o'clock after a protracted illness. Mrs. Crosby was 
a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk and was a member of Christ and St. 
Luke's Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by four nieces and one 
nephew. The body was taken to H. D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East 
Freemason street, pending funeral arrangements.
