Mrs. Nellie Albert Crosby, wife of Andrew P. Crosby, died at the residence, 357 
Hamilton avenue, early yesterday. She was 52 years old. She is survived by her 
husband, a daughter, Miss Mary I. Crosby; two sons, Dr. Albert V. Crosby and 
Malvin J. Crosby; a grandson, A. V. Crosby Jr., all of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. 
Mary A. Albert of Norfolk, and a brother, Joseph M. Albert, of Portsmouth.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Sacred Heart Catholic church at 10 
o’clock Friday morning by Rev. T. E. Waters. Burial will be made in St. Mary’s 
cemetery. Mrs. Crosby was a native of Portsmouth and had been a resident of 
Norfolk for over twenty-five years.
