Virginian-Pilot August 12, 1930
CROSS, THOMAS EDWARD – At the Edward Hines Memorial Hospital, Hines, Ill., Friday 
night, August 8, 1930, at 10:50 o’clock, THOMAS EDWARD CROSS, husband of Gary Boyd 
Cross and son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Cross, in the 43rd year of his age.
The body will arrive Monday morning and will be taken to the Hollomon-Brown 
Funeral Home, where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, August 
12, 1930, at 4 o’clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Burial will be in 
Forest Lawn Cemetery.

He was buried in Elmwood Cemetery.
