She was a native of Russia, and had been a resident of this section 41 years. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Goodman and in addition to her husband, Harry Crouse, is survived by one daughter, Miss Celia Crouse, of Norfolk; four brothers, Morris S Goodman, Berkley; A J Goodman, Asheville, NC; L H Goodman, Toledo, OH, and A H Goodman, Richmond; three sisters, Mrs. A Rudalsy, Charlotte, NC; Mrs. R Watsky, Richmond, and Mrs. J Anderson, Norfolk, and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Mikro Kodesh Synagogue and a charter member of the Ladies' Aid Society of the synagogue. She was well known and had many friends. Funeral services were conducted at the residence this morning at 11 o'clock and burial was in the Hebrew (Mikro Kodesh) cemetery, Berkley Avenue Extended.
