Virginian Pilot June 19, 1961

                            Mrs. R.F. Crutsinger

Mrs. Crutsinger, 80, widow of Raymond F. Crutsinger and daughter of W. Henry 
Herring and Mrs. Katherine Howard Herring, died in a Norfolk hospital Sunday at 
3:30 a.m.
A native of Old Fort, N.C., she lived in this area 56 years. She was a member of 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She is survived by a son, Lawrence R. Crutsinger and a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy 
Frances Eldridge, of Norfolk; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Pius X 
Catholic Church for a funeral service to be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. by the 
Rev. Francis Xavier Toner. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
The rosary will be recited in the funeral home tonight at 7:30.

1961, at 3:30 a.m. GERTRUDE HAZEL HERRING CRUTSINGER, widow of Raymond F. 
Crutsinger, in the 81st year of her age. Remains will be taken from the H.D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to St. Pius X Catholic Church, 
for funeral services THIS (Tuesday) MORNING at 10:30 o'clock. Friends of the 
family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.
