Cseh III, 81, of the 9300 block of Hickory St., a retired Coast Guard warrant officer, died Dec. 8, 1991, in a hospital. Mr. Cseh was born in Dayton, Ohio. He had retired after 20 years and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Chief Warrant and Warrant Officers Association, Society of Wireless Pioneers, American Radio Relay League and N.A.S. Norfolk Sailing Association. Survivors include his wife, Nora A. Kelley Cseh; a son, Thomas A. Cseh of Dale City, Va.; three sisters, Irene Shafer of Lehighton, Pa., Margaret Brickler of Tucson, Ariz., and Katherine Nenscel of Palmerton, Pa.; a brother, George Cseh of Petersburg; and two grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Holy Trinity Catholic Church by the Rev. Lou Ruoff. Burial with military honors will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
