Carey Cuffee - Mr. Cuffee of 1631 First street died July 10 at his residence 
after a long illness.  Last rites were held at St. Joseph AME Church, July 
13, with the Rev. R. A. Williams officiating.  Interment was in Mt. Olive 
Cemetery.

The son of the late Mrs. Emma Robertson and Carey Cuffee Sr. is survived by 
his wife, Mrs. Beatrice Cuffee of South Norfolk;  two sons, Carey Cuffee 
III;  Rufus Cuffee;  three daughters, Mrs. Thelma C. Biggs, Misses Eunice 
Cuffee and Rosetta Cuffee of New York, NY.

Fitchett’s Funeral service was in charge of arrangements.
