A native of Norfolk, he lived here 18 months. He was an operator of heavy equipment. He was a son of the late Augustine and Mrs. Katherine Margaret Surovic Cullen. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Norfolk. He is survived by five aunts, Mrs. Pauline Tluchak of Chesapeake, Mrs. Julia Zaycek of Plainfield, N.J., Mrs. Anna Michalovic of Czechoslovakia and Miss Anna Cullen and Monica Cullen, of New York; and an uncle, William Cullen of New York. The body was taken to Graham Funeral Home, Chesapeake. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Pauline Tluchak, 1401 West Rd., Chesapeake. ********************************************************************** CULLEN, VINCENT GERALD - At Washington, D.C., VINCENT GERALD CULLEN, 45, formally of Ocean View, Norfolk, the son of the late Augustine and Mrs. Katherine Margaret Surovic CULLEN.
