She was a native of Camden County, N.C. and had been a resident of Norfolk for 48 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Charles E., W.J. Jr. and H.W. Cullipher, and a brother, Abner Harrison, all of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne Road, by the Rev. W.H. Garman, of Old Zion Christian Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. *************** CULLIPHER - At her residence, 405 Colley Avenue, Monday morning, October 22, 1928, at 3 o'clock, MRS. MARTHA JANE CULLIPHER, beloved wife of William James Cullipher, aged 77 years, 7 months and 4 days. Funeral services will be conducted THIS (Tuesday) AFTERNOON at 3:30 o'clock from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne Road. Friends of the family invited to attend.
