The Virginian Pilot Thursday June 12, 1958
Mrs. Rosa A Culpepper, 72, of 1142 E. Balview Ave., Ocean View, died at a 
Norfolk hospital Wednesday afternoon at 1:40 o'clock after an illness of two 
months.

She was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk.

A daughter of the late Harry and Emma Sale, she was the wife of the late 
Phillip D Culpepper.

Surviving are one son, Robert P. Culpepper; a daughter, Mrs. A. K. Potter; a 
sister, Mrs. Lillian Gladman, and four grandchildren.

The body was removed to Sykes Funeral Home, Berkley, where funeral services 
will be conducted Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock  Burial will be in Riverside 
Memorial Park.
