Culpepper, 75, of 1534 Norcova Avs. died in a local hospital Saturday at 9:30 p.m. after one week's illness. He was a native of Norfolk County and lived in South Norfolk most of his life. He was the widower of the late Mrs. Ethel Chapman Culpepper. He was a member of Coleman Place Presbyterian Church. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Gibilaro; four sons, Malvern H. Culpepper, Wilbur M. Culpepper, Edward G. Culpepper and Horace A. Culpepper; one sister, Mrs. Nina Williamson; one brother, Charles Culpepper, all of Norfolk; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held in Graham Funeral Home Monday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
