Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Friday January 6, 1933
Mrs. Anna Louise Curling, aged 83, died yesterday morning at 7:30 o'clock at 
the family residence at Great Bridge, Norfolk County.  Mrs. Curling had been 
a lifelong resident of this section and she was loved and revered.  She was 
a charter member of Berea Christian Church, in which organization she had 
lived a life of usefulness.
Surviving her are one son, O.O. Curling, Norfolk; one daughter, Mrs. S.C. 
Harris; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, all of this 
section. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home of Graham & 
Sykes, Jackson and Jefferson streets, South Norfolk, tomorrow afternoon at 2 
o'clock.  Burial will be in the family plot in Magnolia Cemetery.
