Curling, a well-known citizen of South Norfolk, died yesterday morning at 8 o'clock at his home in Liberty Street extended, after a lingering illness of consumption. The deceased was about 48 years old, was born in Norfolk County, but had resided in South Norfolk for nine years. He is survived by a widow and two sons, Walter and Harry Curling, of this section. Mr. Curling was a consistent member of Berea Christian Church, Great Bridge, from which place the funeral will be conducted this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Rev. J.W. Harrell of Portsmouth, assisted by Rev. J.O. Cox of South Norfolk will officiate. The remains will be laid to rest in the family burial ground near the church.
