Virginian-Pilot  December 16, 1904
The funeral of the late Moses Curran was solemnized from St. Mary's Catholic 
Church at 10 o'clock yesterday morning.  Requiem mass was celebrated by the 
pastor, Rev. Father John Doherty.  During the offertory, Mrs. James Hughes 
rendered "Oh, Salutaris."  The remains were laid to rest in St. Mary's cemetery.  
Follwing were the pallbearers:  Messrs. John A. Beacher, John F. Lawler, Wm. M. 
Hannan, James O'Rourke, John Elmire, P. J. Larney, Patrick Hart and E. C. 
Cheshire.
