A native of Isle of Wight County, she had lived in this section 43 years. She was a daughter of the late Richard and Mrs. Sallie Vellines Latimer, and widow of the Rev. Jeremiah Nathaniel Cutchin. She was a member of Rosemont Christian Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. R.B. Rowland, Sr., of Oaklette; one son, E.L. Cutchin, of South Norfolk; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Bettie Latimer. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk, where services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
