He was the son of Mrs. Nellie Savage Cutchin and the late J. Frank Cutchin, a native of Norfolk, and had resided here practically all of his life. Surviving him, besides his wife and mother, Mrs. Nancy Phelps Cutchin, are one daughter, Miss Etta Cutchin; one brother, F. L. Cutchin, and one sister, Mrs. Hazel C. Davis, all of Norfolk. The body was removed to the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne Road, pending funeral arrangements.
