Virginian Pilot June 12, 1901

Shortly after 12 o'clock yesterday a phone message was received here to the effect 
that the body of young Harry Cuthrell, who was drowned last Friday about 12 
o'clock, had been recovered and that it had been carried to a pier at Lambert's 
Point. Isaiah Clark and Mullen, colored fishermen found it.  The funeral was 
conducted from the family residence yesterday afternoon at 6 o'clock, Rev. Mr. P. 
Porter of the Main Street Christian Church, officiating, after which the remains 
were interred in Magnolia Cemetery.
