George L. and Mrs. Annie Winingder Cuthriell, died yesterday at 12:12 p.m. at a Norfolk hospital. Mr. Cuthriell, retired electrician, employed at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard for 40 years, was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, residing at 228 16 1/2 St. at the time of his death. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and of the First Methodist Church. Besides his wife, he is survived by one sister, Mrs. Irving Mayo of Lynnhaven; one nephew, George L. Mayo of Norfolk and two nieces, Mrs. Paul C. Harris of Norfolk and Mrs. Imogene Russ of Lynnhaven. Services will be conducted at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tomorrow at 2 p.m. by the Rev. M.D. Newman, pastor of the First Methodist Church. ************************************************************************* NORFOLK — Funeral services for Stephen Willis Cuthriell, who died Wednesday at a Norfolk hospital, were conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments yesterday at 2 pm. by the Rev. M. D. Newman, pastor of the First Methodist Church. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were H. G. Halstead, H. E. Howard, A. B. Bell, George B. Bryant, Ode Wade, J. E. Taylor and L. H. Milby. Active pallbearers were T. J. Williams, R. W. Rose, W. S. Dobbs Sr., W. S. Dobbs Jr., Richard Markham and A. W. Isdell.
