Sandra Faye Price Cutler, 82, of Sugar Land, TX, passed away November 24, 2023. 
Sandi was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. She never met a stranger, always had a 
smile on her face and dedicated her life to taking care of her husband, children 
and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Vernon Joseph Price, Sr. and Virginia Cary 
Price; brother, Vernon Joseph Price, Jr.; and her loving husband of 47 years, 
Raymond Michael Cutler.
Survivors include her two daughters, Debbie Bannon and her husband Pat of 
Bastrop, TX, and Kristie Shannon of Suffolk, VA; three grandchildren, Melissa 
Bannon Solis and her husband Jose, Sarah Bannon, and Ava Shannon; two great-
grandsons, Jacob and Jameson Solis. The burial will be private. H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel is handling arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America. Online
