Mr. Dalby, a native of Norfolk, was retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was a Navy flyer in Europe during World War II. He was a member of VP861 Patrol Squadron and Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee Fascetta Dalby of Norfolk; a daughter, Suzanne Aldridge of Norfolk; a son, Lloyd J. Dalby Jr. of Chesapeake; and three grandchildren. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church by the Rev. John J. Dorgan. Burial will be in S.t Mary's Cemetery. Friends may join the family at 7142 Hunter Chase Drive, Norfolk. A Christian wake service will be in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk at 6 p.m. today. ****************************************************************************** DALBY, LLOYD JAMES - In his residence, Monday, LLOYD JAMES DALBY, husband of Mrs. Mary Lee Fascetta Dalby and son of the late Lloyd F. and Mrs. Sarah McCullum Dalby. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated today at 10:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church by Father John J. Dorgan. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. H. D.
