Virginian Pilot Friday November 14, 1958
James Duncan Dalby, 68, husband of Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Morgan Dalby and son of the 
late Rev. James D. Dalby and Mrs. Annie Lewis Dalby, died Thursday at 10:30 p.m. 
at the residence of his sister, Mrs. E.L. Sawyer, 719 Michigan Ave.
He was a native of Middlesex County, but until two months ago he had resided for 
44 years at Norwell, Mass. where he still maintained his residence.
He was a member of the Park Place Methodist Church.  His wife and sister are his 
only survivors.
funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Hollomon-Brown 
Funeral Home.  burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
