Dalby died at the home of her husband in Chestnut street at 11:30 last night. The deceased was 62 years of age and one of the oldest residents of the town. She was born in Princess Anne County. The funeral arrangements have not been completed. ***************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. John F. Dalby, who died at her home on Chestnut street Friday night at 11:30 o'clock, will be conducted from the residence this afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. W.A. Christian, pastor of Memorial M.E. Church, assisted by Rev. Robert Gatewood, pastor of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, will officiate. The interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. She leaves three sons and one daughter - Messrs. William, Charles and Byron Dalby and Mrs. A.E. Granberry, of Norfolk.. Mrs. Dalby was a consistent member of Memorial M.E. Church.
