Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark November 2, 1925

DALBY - At a local hospital, Saturday night, October 31, 1925, at 11:20 
o'clock, CHARLES FRENCH DALBY, husband of Mrs. Lottie E. Dalby and son of 
the late John F. and Mrs. Mary Gornto Dalby, aged 72 years 1 month and 13 
days.
Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home of E. Lee Cox & Bro., 
631 Westover avenue, corner Manteo Street, THIS (Monday) AFTERNOON, November 
2, 1925, at 3:30 o'clock.  Friends of the family are invited to attend.  
Interment Magnolia Cemetery.

Charles French Dalby, 72 years old, 4567 Ocean View avenue, died at a local 
hospital Saturday night after a lingering illness,  He is survived by his 
wife, Mrs. Lottie E. Dalby and a son, Frederik C. Dalby.  Funeral services 
will be held this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the funeral home of E. Lee 
Cox & Bro., 631 Westover avenue and will be conducted by the Rev. W.H.T. 
Squires, pastor of the Colley-Knox Presbyterian Church.
