DEATHS

THOMAS FRANCIS DALTON

Thomas Francis Dalton, for many years a member of the Norfolk police force and who 
retired some time ago with the rank of sergeant, died yesterday afternoon.  He was 
a native of Norfolk, having been born here 68 years ago.  Sergeant Dalton leaves a 
widow, Mrs. Elizabeth J. Dalton, and three daughters, Mrs. W. B. Tredwell, Mrs. 
Robert Randolph and Mrs. J. J. Brown, and two sons, Thomas A. and J. Fred. Dalton, 
all of Norfolk.  The funeral will be held at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday morning at the 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
