Thomas F. Dalton, whose death occurred Friday morning at the residence, 3 Bonshaw Apartments, 1334 Stockley gardens, were held yesterday morning at 10 o’clock at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Thomas E. Waters, pastor, officiating. The Rev. E. A. Brosnan, Rev. P. P. Brennan, Rev. Patrick Tierney, and Rev. Paul V. Heller were present in the sanctuary. During the service, Mrs. Stark A. Sutton sang, "One Sweet1y Solemn Thought," with Prof. J. Harvey Stevens, organist. There was a large attendance and a profusion of floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies, pink roses and ferns. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Services at the grave were conducted by Rev. E. A. Brosnan, assisted by Rev. P. P. Brennan and Rev. Paul V. Heller. The pallbearers were Frank A. Evans, Dr. P. St. L. Moncure, M. S. Hawkins, L. H. Windholz. J. L. Hagaman, J. Watts Martin, Basil Manly, C. H. Ware, John Campbell, Keville Glennan and W. D. Baker.
