Virginian Pilot  March 15, 1959

NORFOLK COUNTY - John Daly, 77, well known farmer of the Butts Station section 
of Norfolk County, died Saturday at 4 a.m. at his home.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. John Tista, of Auburn, N.Y. and one niece.
Funeral services will be conducted at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Monday 
at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

NORFOLK—Funeral services for John Daly, who died Saturday, were held at the H. 
D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Monday at 3:30 p.m. by the Rev. Harris M. Findley, 
pastor of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. The 
pallbearers were Louis E. Bottino, E. L Boswell, John D. Lowry, W. A. 
Vanderploeg, A. C. Brown and Frank V. Cogliandro.
