DANN - In Asheville, N.C. Tuesday, June 13, 1916, HENRY FRANK DANN, aged 39 
years.
Funeral services from the funeral apartments of H.C. Smith, 306 Bank Street, 
FRIDAY, June 16, at 11 a.m., instead of Thursday. Friends of the family invited 
to attend. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.

Henry Frank Dann died in Asheville, N.C., Tuesday after a lingering illness. He 
was 39 years old. The body will arrive in Norfolk Friday morning at 8:50 o'clock 
via Southern railway and the funeral will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock 
at H.C. Smith's Funeral Apartments, Rev. E.P. Miner officiating. Burial will be 
in Elmwood. 
He is survived by one daughter, Miss Louise Dann; two sisters, Mrs. George T. 
Pritchard, Mrs. V.P. Adams; and one brother, S.S. Dann.

The funeral of Henry Frank Dann took place at 11 o'clock yesterday morning in 
Smith's Funeral Apartments. Services were conducted by Rev. E.P. Miner, of St. 
Luke's Episcopal Church. Among the many handsome floral tributes was a wreath 
from the Red Men. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. The pallbearers were Ashe 
Gale, Wallace White, W.K. Neville and David Lessills.
