Virginian Pilot June 10, 1902
 
The many friends of Miss Lillian Darden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Miles Darden, 
will learn with sorrow of her death, which occurred at the home of her parents, 
29 Fenchurch Street, at 3 o'clock yesterday morning.
The deceased was in the twenty-second year of her age and was loved and admired 
for her many gentle traits of character by all who knew her. The funeral will 
take place from the residence at 11 o'clock this morning. Burial will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.

The funeral of Miss Lillian Darden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Miles Darden, took 
place from the residence, No. 29 Fenchurch Street, yesterday and was conducted 
by Rev. C.L. Bane, of the Cumberland Street Methodist Church. Burial was in 
Elmwood.
