The Virginian Pilot Monday March 10, 1969
Harry Worthington Dashiell, 81, of 804 W. Princess Anne Road, the husband of 
the late Mrs. Nannie Cullen Dashiell and a son of George and Mrs. Ella 
Graves Dashiell, died in Kecoughtan Veterans Hospital Sunday afternoon.
A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he was a member of the Episcopal Church.
He was a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Nancy D. Cartee of Philadelphia; a son, 
Julian N. Dashiell of Saigon; a brother, Robert Gatewood Dashiell of 
Norfolk; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.
