Norfolk Journal and Guide,Jan 27,1945 
Mrs. Annie Davenport - Funeral services for Mrs. Davenport, 64, of Hanson avenue, 
who died on Jan. 12, were held on Jan. 18 from St. John AME Church with the Rev. 
H. N. Shields officiating. Surviving is her husband, Reuben Davenport. Interment 
was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
