Norfolk Virginian Pilot August 15, 1940

Mrs. Ida Graves Davidson, wife of Samuel C. Davidson, a native of Port Jervis, 
N.Y., and a resident of Norfolk for practically her entire life, died at 6:10 
o'clock yesterday morning at the residence, 2621 Ruffin Way. She was a member of 
Oneida Council No. 6, Daughters of Pocahontas. Only her husband, Samuel C. 
Davidson, survives.
Services will be held at the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 
Colonial Avenue, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Fred A. Bobbitt, 
pastor of the Park Avenue Baptist Church, officiating.  Interment will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
