Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark September 8, 1928
Miss Laura B. Davis, aged 72, died at the residence of her nephew, A.A. 
Harris, 2901 Marne avenue, yesterday morning at 11:35 o'clock after a long 
illness.  She is survived by a brother, W.H. Davis, of Norfolk and several 
nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, corner 
Twenty-ninth and Granby streets, tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock.  Burial will 
be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Burial in Cedar Grove - per obit and death certificate death date was Sept 7
