The Virginian Pilot Tuesday March 31, 1981
GORDONSVILLE - Mrs. Mary McGuire Davis of Happy Creek Farm, the widow of 
Clyde L. Davis, died Sunday in her home. She was a native of Croghan, N.Y.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Patricia D. Arnold of Gordonsville; four 
sons, Clyde L. Davis Jr., Leroy W. Davis and Francis M. Davis of Virginia 
Beach and Richard M. Davis of Free Union, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Veronica M. 
Wagner of Virginia Beach; 25 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 in St. Mark's 
Catholic Church, Gordonsville, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, 
Wednesday at 3 p.m. Information furnished by H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Laskin Road, Virginia Beach.
