DAVIS, GEORGE H., JR. – At the residence, No. 1020 East Ocean View avenue, 
Saturday, April 27th, 1940, at 4:45 o’clock a.m., GEORGE H. DAVIS, JR., in the 
73rd year of his age. Reposing at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 
Colonial avenue, pending arrangements.

George H. Davis, Jr. — Funeral services for Mr. Davis, whose death occurred 
Saturday morning at the residence, 1020 East Ocean View avenue, will be held at 
the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial avenue, this 
morning at 10:30 o’clock with the Rev. George P. Gunn, rector of the Church of 
the Good Shepherd, Meadowbrook, officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
