Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch February 13, 1939
DAVIS, HAROLD KIMBALL – At Greenville, Ala., Saturday morning, February 11, 1939, 
HAROLD KIMBALL, son of the late Leroy W. and Mrs. Emma Cole Davis, age 43 years. 
Services at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 Colonial 
avenue, Norfolk, Va., TUESDAY AFTERNOON at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family are 
invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
While his tombstone gives his day of death as the 10th, two separate newspaper 
obituaries say it was Saturday the 11th.
