Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch July 18, 1925
Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Allen Davis were held this morning at 11 o’clock 
at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. A. H. Garrett, 4714 Colonial avenue. The 
services were conducted by Rev. Howard I. Stewart. Pallbearers were E. A. Watkins, 
Dempsey Watkins, L. L. Williams, Perry W. Ruth, J. D. Derring, A. C. Swain, John 
M. Robertson and J. W. Saunders. Interment was in Elmwood cemetery.
