Virginian-Pilot October 16, 1929
DAVIS, WILLIAM HENRY – At the residence of his niece, Mrs. William P. Noble, 2117 
Delaware avenue, East Fairmount Park, Tuesday afternoon, October 15, 1929, at 1:20 
o’clock, WILLIAM HENRY DAVIS, husband of Roberta Vincent Davis, in the 80th year 
of his age.
Funeral services will be conducted at the above residence THURSDAY AFTERNOON, 
October 17, 1929, at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Burial 
will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

From his death certificate, he was buried in Elmwood Cemetery.
